Hello guys and Assalamualaikum people^^~! It's Thursday today and there are 2 programs that should be handled by us teachers for our pupils. 1 is 1M1S or 1 Murid 1 Sukan program for year 4, 5 and 6 which they are supposed to have some sports activities with their respective clubs such as Netball, Volleyball, Sepak Takraw, Football and etc. Another program would be MBMMBI, also one of the MOE's policy which stands for Memartabatkan Bahasa Malaysia & Memperkukuhkan Bahasa Inggeris. The MBMMBI program are meant for year 1, 2 and 3 pupils and this week is the English Community's turn to be the host of the program. English and BM's society are supposed to take turn to handle the program weekly.
This morning I was the host and I'm actually have prepared the materials but unfortunately the thing I need the most which are the projector and LCD wasn't there. Huhuhuuu... However I did stay calm and do my things to make sure this kids WILL at least learn something out of the activities. I taught them to do some Hokey Pokey action song. It went well but a bit chaotic since they were quite hyper actually.
As for year 1 hmm... I am satisfied since the pupils did listen to what I say and they did their work nicely, even though not that perfect but at least better than last year's class. This year with a little push they will do it. My objective for today kinda accomplished because most of the pupils did the work I asked them to do in their activity book and almost finished it.
Oh, nearly forgot... hahaha! You guys wanna know why I put the title "EDMODO"? I finally found quite a useful website for us educators and learners whether in primary or secondary school. The website can be used as one of the tools to attract pupils to be more intimate with their teachers. Just register there and follow the instructions. You can have your own virtual class tuition there by submitting some exercises for your pupils to download and do it at home. Your pupils also can be in the groups you create and discuss the things they don't understand and what's cool is they won't have much time playing too much computer games. Yes, games are necessary for their mental development but when it's too much... it's a mental disaster... so Happy teaching and learning everyone! ;)
