Assalamualaikum W.B.T, Hi, Morning! Ohayo! Well *cough cough*... Oh my... it seems like ages I've been neglecting this place. It's May already and I've made up my mind that I'll start to post up something here after I've finished my job in training my school's Choral Speaking team. Hahaha!

Well I've trained 35 of year 6 pupils for about one and a half month and yeah I couldn't get the best result...because of their level in absorbing new things kinda slow. I have to keep my pace the same as theirs. I tried to teach them some movement and a little bit longer stories but no... I can see their limitations... so all they can do is just a minimal movement and I just trained them to be in sync.

On Thursday, 10th May 2012, we depart from school as early as possible by bus to the stated venue in the letter they had given to us. It was supposed to be SK Bukit Pasir but it seems like there were some misunderstanding or disconnection for the changing of the venue. When we arrived at SK Bukit Pasir we didn't see any event going on so we asked the teachers. They said the venue has been changed to SK Panjang Sari.... #$%#^%^& i hate it... They supposedly make sure that all the schools must get the details so something like this won't happen... Sighs... well... this is our MUAR education world... not sure with other regions though.

We didn't win...didn't even know what place we got but yeah as expected... CONVENT got 1st place since their performance is WAAAAAAAAAAY better than my pupils. Oh well... all in all I am still proud with my boys and girls cause they did their best anyway. =)

Anti drugs week!

Hello all and Assalamualaikum WBT to all Muslims out there! Yeah the more the numbers you're attending the school the more things you need to do. Well what to say cuz that's what teachers do. Told you guys before a teacher ain't just about teaching...


This morning's assembly took about an hour to finish since there's a launching ceremony for anti drugs week. The event is to put consciousness among the pupils on how dangerous drugs can be and how we can prevent it from being one of the victims. It was launched by anti drugs club and our school'd headmaster Mr. Basir bin Hj Konit. For the event our school will be showing some clips on the effect of those overdosed drugs every recess time. 

Today's lesson didn't have much trouble cuz I was planning to take them watch some cartoons for today suitable for their viewing. I let them watch 2 videos which is PUSS IN BOOTS : THE THREE DIABLOS and SECRET AGENT OSO.

Maulidurrasul~

Hello and Assalamualaikum! Guess what's the most painful pain in the world? IT'S TOOTHACHE!!! I got toothache since 2 days ago and its really painful. I couldn't sleep peacefully... which I will wake up every 1 or 2 hours just to bear the pain... urgh...


Today we had an event held at Felda Seri Jaya mosque which involving both primary and secondary schools, and also all of the villagers here. The event was Maulidurrasul, an event we Muslims celebrate our beloved prophet Muhammad's (P.B.U.H) birthday. Well Muhammad's true birthday is supposed to be on 12 Rabiulawal  in Hijriah or 5th February this year. 


For the event we had prepared our year 4 and 5 pupils to perform a Nasheed. Same goes for the secondary school which also performed a Nasheed for the event today. As for me I helped Ustazah Fatimah preparing the nasheed group.

Busy and hectic

Hi guys and Assalamualaikum everyone! Do you know why I didn't post anything these few days? Last week was so busy like hell... OUCH! I was having a lot of things to finish and at the same time I have some problem I need to cater with. 


Last week we had a PIBG annual meeting and that's why we teachers were so busy and don't even have time to attend our own classes.

Today's lesson for year 4 was very successful since all the pupils participated with the activities given... The lesson for today was writing and reading numbers in the word form. Last week I asked them to make their own invitation card for any kind of party and they must write down what type of party they wanna make, date and address.

What's wrong with my class? Maybe I'm taking things sensitively ever since I start teaching. Some of the pupils in my year 1 class aren't able to be controlled or don't have any interest in learning along with me and other pupils in the class. I have to coup up with that attitude for the time being. Oh that reminds me I have to buy chocolate for them tomorrow.

For Year 1 today we did some reading and writing activity. The class control...couldn't manage it since my class was the last period and they seems very anxious to go back ASAP. So far some of those wild kids did listen to me by doing the works I wanted them to do.


Next time if I have any idea on Teaching Aids I'll upload it here and so you guys can grab it and use it as much as you want.
